Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), we’ll work directly with subconscious beliefs and nervous-system patterns that shape how you experience love, connection, boundaries and relationships specifically.
Our relationships reflect how we relate to ourselves - our self-worth, emotional safety, and the parts of us we’ve learned to hide or protect.
What feels missing, triggering, or painful in relationships often points to unspoken needs, unintegrated shadow, or old wounds that taught the body to stay guarded. This EFT session invites you to meet those layers with honesty and compassion.
What We’ll Work With
How self-worth influences who and how we relate
Shadow dynamics: projection, triggers, and unmet needs
Why intimacy may not feel safe — and how to soften that response
Releasing old relational patterns held in the body
Rewiring beliefs around love, safety, and enoughness
Why Join?
When your shadow is acknowledged rather than avoided, relationships become clearer. When self-worth is embodied, connection feels natural and empowering.
In a group setting, healing is amplified. This is a safe, shame-free space where deep truths can rise and release. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered to relate from your authentic self, with tools to continue the process.
