The meaning behind ‘Soul Studio’
Recently I’ve found myself reflecting on the meaning of Soul Studio. Why this name? What’s the intention behind it?
To me, the word Soul connect to who you truly are - and in turn - finding ways to connect to your soul, makes you more connected to who you truly are.
When I think of how you know if you’re connecting to your soul (to you), it’s when you feel lit up from deep within - warmth radiating from the inside out, yellow beams of energy from your solar plexus, excitement, contentment, and feeling alive.
Alongside Soul we have the word Studio, which can be so many things, and in a way can be whatever you need it to be: a space to move, to create, to listen, to rest, to reconnect.
I created Soul Studio for this - to be a space for discovering what makes you feel more you, more aligned, and lights you up , from the inside out.
