Overview
Trauma is a universal human experience, and as space holders, it’s essential to create environments that feel safe, compassionate, and inclusive for all bodies, allowing for profound healing to unfold with integrity and care.
This small-group training, limited to twelve participants, equips you with a deep understanding of trauma awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical somatic tools, alongside the opportunity for profound inner work that nurtures and strengthens your own system. You’ll gain the confidence to hold trauma-informed spaces with kindness, integrity, and effectiveness - empowering both yourself and your community in the process.

Course Content and Training Dates

Explore how trauma shows up in the body and how to recognise its signs. Learn foundational trauma theory, types of trauma, and how to create safer, choice-led spaces for clients.

Deepen your understanding of the nervous system through breath. Explore the body’s stress states and gain tools for grounding, self-regulation, and co-regulation.

Learn the power of language in trauma-informed spaces. Discover how to use invitational language, facilitate sharing safely, and know when silence is the most supportive response.

Understand when touch can support or overwhelm. Explore therapeutic vs. activating touch, and how to honour consent, boundaries, and your own energetic limits.

Learn to recognise and support emotional release without re-traumatisation. Explore different nervous system responses, and develop strategies for holding space during overwhelm.

Explore energetic hygiene for space holders. Learn how to ground, clear energy post-session, and maintain healthy boundaries. Includes peer teaching and group feedback.

Meet Your Facilitator, Jasmine St Cliere
With over a decade in the wellness industry, Jasmine is a trauma-informed somatic expert who brings depth, compassion, and embodied wisdom to her work. For Jasmine, as for many, the body hasn’t always been a safe place to be, which is why her approach is both deeply personal and thoughtfully curated. She weaves together principles from movement therapy, Eastern practices, and modern anatomy to offer an integrated, grounded approach to trauma-informed care.
Jasmine’s educational style centres on guiding you back into connection with yourself - empowered with knowledge and embodied with tools to support both your own journey and the communities you serve.
